Processing thermoplastics

The very latest production facilities are available for the processing of thermoplastics. Almost all the machines are equipped with robot systems to extract or further process the finished products.
Depending on the tasks to be performed, further processing is done on the products in production cells in several assembly steps.

Machines with a locking force of 350 kN to 2,100 kN are available, this corresponds to a component weight of 2.0 g up to 600 g (polystyrene).
