Based on the traditional business sector of technology for sanitary fittings, high-quality surfaces have been one of the core areas of business for Christophery Kunststofftechnik for many years now.
Working with our partners in electroplating, we produce finishes such as glossy chrome, matt chrome and brushed nickel. The automotive industry also makes considerable of our know-how today. We produce chrome covers, decorative parts and switch labels with built-in functional elements that are installed in cars from VW, Audi and Opel, to give some examples.
Painted and printed components are produced to the highest quality standards. Dabber printing, screen-printing and laser labelling round the spectrum of facilities that we offer. In this we can produce for system suppliers preassembled components and modules that are ready for installation.
Other decorative surfaces are produced by high vacuum sputtering. Our own facilities allowed mirror surfaces to be applied that fit any desired contour. In this way we can produce, for example, crystal-type knobs and handles for the sanitary industry.
All the procedures can be combined and can handle the high technical demands for surfaces in small production runs for the sanitary industry as well as for high-volume production for the automotive industry.
