The successful manufacture of innovative products presupposes a complete mastery of the most modern technologies.

We are supported in this endeavour by universities and technical institutes that we work together with, such as the Kunststoffinstitut der mittelständischen Wirtschaft (KIMW) [Plastics Institute for the Medium-sized Companies Sector]. A current example is the project “An entry into medical technology.”

In order to make these solutions available, we develop the appropriate technologies for the cost-optimized production of your components and systems.

A wide spectrum of modern technologies is available as standard.

We are able to process thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics to the highest levels of quality. Our modern machine park is constantly being added to and upgraded. In addition to injection moulding technologies we can also process thermosetting plastics by means of press processes.

 

A major item in additional processing is surface technology.
Chromed or painted surfaces can be printed in several colours and labelled by means of laser technology.

The machining of thermosetting plastics by grinding and honing makes possible the production of extremely high precision components for the automotive industry.
