The direct incorporation of our toolmaking into the development process
makes it possible to speedily produce samples, prototypes and moulds for the
start of series production.
The moulds for series production are produced
jointly with highly capable toolmakers working under our direction. In
addition, our own toolmaking facilities ensure optimal availability and
maintenance of the production moulds.
The process optimization work for the
start of series production is done within the project teams.
We develop optimal
work flows by working in close collaboration with our production experts and
those from quality planning and logistics.
A system of continuous training of
our employees and ongoing investments in machinery and production units means
that we can be sure of meeting the most stringent quality equirements.
